Explanation of the trade: Issued an offer on a website from a reputable user expecting the quality of the website to be of a "reasonable persons expectation", attempted to withdraw the offer after deciding it was not adequate, user reported and Sythe staff forced us to pay $1,500 for a website that the user knew was broken and unsafe.
How they scammed: Sold a software/product that contains backdoors and fundemental flaws rendering it inoperable

I seek to recover the funds I was originally forced to pay by Sythe staff + development review funds. Awakengp sold us a website that is inoperable, unstable and unsafe.
Our developer reviewed the websites code in < 1 hour(as we were being forced to buy this terrible website by Sythe staff in the first place). Upon further review and bug testing the following was discovered;
- The website contained over 50 bugs and glitches, most of which effected critical systems such as messaging, wallet, balance system, admin control panel and more, with over a dozen being classed as "critical"
- The website contained a deliberate exploit relating to be able to duplicate gold that someone actually had to write in and the wallet system that would be untraceable given the state of the website
- The website contained several malicious security bugs including a bug that caused any "provably fair" aspect of the website to not actually function correctly.
- The website had blatent, critical security functions such as verifying through the client side and not the server side, essentially allowing for mass exploitation.
- Several games did/do not work and the games cannot be fixed due to the above underlying issues.

refused to further work on it because he stated it was a money pit, there were so many fundemental issues and security issues that he told us to stop putting money into it, it was never going to be able to be considered functional. When a developer tells you that an website is so bad that it wont ever be able to function, we consider that classification to be scamming and selling a unviable/unable to be used product.

Awakengp is cropping evidence and manipulating the story to fit his story.

Let me clarify with a structure of events;

* Awakengp offered to sell the website for $2,500 originally, I issued a conditional offer regarding the state of the website of $1,500 that if there were no critical bugs/vulnerabilities I would consider paying.
*Awakengp *immediately* gave me the files without me even consenting to a finalized offer then basically pulled the entire "well I already sent you the site so your offer has to be paid to me" when I disagreed, he immediately reported me, at which point my developer scrambled (had <1 hour) to review the website which is NOWHERE near long enough, sythe staff then ruled on the issue that the offer had to be paid to Awakengp; I personally stepped in and paid the debt.
* I spoke to Mohtastaunique shortly after after my developer discovered 50+ issues and specific, malicious code added to the site, he told me that sythe staff would reverse their ruling and make awakengp pay for the costs I incurred to the website if it was proven that the site was not in a "a reasonable persons's standards of being fully functional which is what the site was sold as"; it is NOWHERE NEAR that.
*Over the next 6 months I continued to remind Mohtastaunique that I would be eventually reporting Awakengp but I have been extremely busy, but I had intentions to report him from day 1.
* Awakengp may be unaware that the site is critically vulnerable/COMPLETELY broken (judging by his responses he may be), however he is still responsible for selling it in the first place.
* I refused the original developers discord because I have specific trusted developers that do work, that I trust; clearly the original developer is malicious and INCOMPETENT based on the exploits found within the website, in several developers words this site is UTTERLY and COMPLETELY broken, it is in such a bad state that it is defined as "UNFIXABLE".
* The title is $2,300 because I paid $1,500 + $800 in costs for my developers to try to do a thorough look through the code and the website/patch what they could, they encountered so many major problems that it was determined at that time the site was unfixable and the site was sold maliciously based on some of the code found.
* I dont need your money, I am reporting you as is right for selling a unfunctionable/broken product knowingly, thank you for your slander though.
* Out of curiosity, are you located in the United States?

I would like to also further state; the developers that went through the site/sites code/attempted to fix it have built some of the most popular sites on Sythe and have built some of the biggest RS gambling sites in the world, they are experts in these types of sites and when the developer that built some of the biggest gold sites/ gambling sites out there tells you something is so broken/poorly coded/dangerous, you know it's BEYOND broken. I was literally told that I could dump $5,000 into the site and it wouldn't matter because the site was quite literally unrepairable, I was told it would not only be cheaper but SAFER to have someone do it from scratch then try to work/fix what was sold to me. Keep in mind this is one of the most reputable developers sythe has ever seen.

3. Let me just end this off here. You claiming your developer scrambled in less than an hour. That means you would have found out if it is worth it on December 5th 2020. Instead, you had 4 days and you yourself gave a final stamp of approval.

This statement shows how incompetent you are and how you should not be selling websites or things you have no idea about. The developer was referencing the underlying sites handling of the code, you literally just missed the entire point of what he was saying, he was providing a technological example to me and sythe staff of how the site is handling the underlying code, and the fact you did not even recognize that really shows the limit of how little you know about what your actually selling.

Furthermore, the site was put on that junk domain for the developers to test it live to see how broken it actually was, I can attest that this metaphorical "car" (aka the site) never had 1M bet on it nor was ever advertised/used. The only reason it was on a domain was development purposes and it sat there untouched for over a year until the domain expired. Again the site was never used because it is, infact, completely unfixable as I've said.

That screenshot is void and irrelevant, due to the report you filed IMMEDIATELY my developer scrambled and as I said before had less than < 1 hour to look over the most basic of things, I had him scrambling to try to review things because sythe staff DNT'd RSGOLDRUSH over this and they were trying to minimize reputation damage at the time. He gave what he was literally able to review in <1 hour his stamp of approval without being able to investigate things properly, as he started digging into the underlying code and discovered malicious/incompetents code he realized the site was in a unfixable state and informed me of that. Any developer can confirm that <1 hour to review an entire new websites code is impossible to truly get to know that website and discover potential issues.

Furthermore, on-top of the above point, I have had it confirmed by Sythe staff that if the site is not in a fully functionable state like it was sold as to a reasonable personal's standards they will overturn the previous ruling and hold you accountable for selling something malicious/unsafe/broken as something fully functionable.

Either one of these points counters your defense.

Think about this for a moment;

Awaken exercised a MAXIMUM pressure campaign with harsh titles, put in report a scammer and targeted the brand AND contacted staff immediately to handle his report. He took what was an OFFER and tried to force it into an agreement by forcing a maximum pressure campaign.

Imagine this;

You make an offer(NOT AN AGREEMENT/No contract) -> Awakengp sends you a site while your at the gym -> You say dude that was just an offer, not a formal agreement/contract -> Awakengp says well I already sent you the files so you gotta pay -> You say no, take it back I wont use it->Awakengp files a DEMEANING report to damage your reputations to FORCE you into confronting him -> He contacts sythe staff and gets a DNT applied to exert MORE pressure -> You desperately try to get your developer to review the shit he sent you while your at the gym on mobile as fast possible to stop the bleeding that DNT causes(lost sales, labor, costs, the numbers QUICKLY run into the thousands) -> dev literally glances at the most basic of things for like 30 minutes and stamps it because Im spamming him 10000000x over to try to address the damaging sythe report and DNT.

THAT's what Awaken did. No offence but the dude's a piece of shit, and I've consistently tried to be respectful to sythe staff lately but that last ruling on the original report was fucking shit. The team essentially supported a MAXIMUM PRESSURE/ Blackmailing campaign.

You're trying to play the victim card here. We both know very well that software sales cannot be undone. When you ask for the code/project, I cannot take this back. You know very well that asking for the code means you are going to purchase the site. Even after I sent you the code I gave you the opportunity for your developer to review. Your dev gave it a stamp of approval and only then was the deal completed. It seems like you want to back out of this deal now because it's an abandoned project for you and you want a refund.

I only said that at that time because Sythe staff had already ruled, I didnt have a choice whether or not the code was up to scratch or not since they'd aleady ruled, so thats void.

Staff isn't going to be reversing the original decision from: [Resolved]

The deal was finalized as was already determined by Staff. The moderator who previously handled that report stated,

"If you complete the transaction or have grounds to deny payment, you may dispute both actions immediately in the Dispute a Ban, DNT, or TWC forum"

Shortly thereafter, it was repaid so there wasn't grounds to deny payment. Fast forward to today, 8 months later "we were trying to minimize reputation damage at the time" isn't a valid reason to now reverse staffs original ruling.

Your developer stating the website is "utterly and completely broken" & "developer discovered 50+ issues and specific, malicious code added to the site" raises alarms because he gave his stamp of approval on Dec 8, 2020 after the report was resolved. You should have made and expressed these "malicious" discoveries long ago.
