40k EXP hour for combat?

I was wondering where I can get 40-50k EXP an hour for a single combat skill excluding the hitpoints.. Right now I'm getting 33k for attack at zombies, no crowd... with perfect fighter... Combined with HP exp its 44k...

IM also F2P... so I need good F2P locations to get above 40-50k exp/hour...

 

Above 50k exp/hour? Pushing it.
You can get 40k exp/hr at the Varrock Dungeon Zombies though.

 

F2P is hard to get 50k an hour, when you're using a rune scimmy and power/str amulet. Plus, no super potions, prayers, salve amulet (e), B2P, etc.. Stuff that makes training faster.

 

Is it true that cockroack soldiers get 40k exp plus though?

And i get high exp at low level monsters like minotaurs... but high lvl monsters i get lower XP because of their higher defense, plus i have to eat more..

 

When I'm F2P I usually do Giant Spiders in SOS.
I easily reach 40k an hour afk-training.

 

They give me like 32k EXP because they have good defense..

What are ur combat stats?

 

I'm using dagannoth killer, from rsbots.net, and it's like 80k/hr (60k def and 20k hp)

 

im getting about 40k str ex/hr and 10k hp exp/hr at giant spiders in stronghold of security.
