Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: do not disagree with the decision it was deserved. i needed a service completed but i found someone that could do it quicker. i saw the person in another thread saying he could not get anyone to use him so i decided to ask him if he wanted to exchange vouches so we could both improve our rep. i was wrong to do this and was rightfully reported for breaking the rules of this site.

Anything else you wish to say: i have been a member of this website for a while now and have had no disputes. i have never scammed anyone and have sold lots of gold and accounts. i would like to continue using the site and have the twc removed as i have leant my lesson and not ask for vouches again unless i have actually done sold something to the person.
