#1 When placing an order for any of our services, we understand that you agree with our rules.
#2 All services must be paid before performing said services or reach a consensus where both parties agree with the performance of said service.
#3 The client cannot enter the account while the service is being performed, otherwise we can terminate the service. You can communicate with our workers how their services are going and if necessary, enter the account, notify them in advance.
#4 Before performing any type of service, remove everything of value and leave only what is necessary so that our workers can perform the required services.
#5 We do not perform the services with a time limit, but nevertheless we work 24/7 to carry out the services as soon as possible and thus get a good impression and quality in our services.
#6 If you want to cancel a premature service, we will make a partial refund of the money if the service process has already started, if not, we will refund the total of the required service.
#7 GoldBull Service´s is not responsible for any infractions you receive on your accounts during and after the service. Our team will gladly communicate with the customers and provide any screenshots during the service for updates and/or proof of work.
#8 When a service is complete, it is the responsibility of the customer to change their password & check their account security has not been tampered with.
#9 Orders must be completed through the Ticket Tool # 4843 system and employees cannot offer orders outside the scope of the Ticket Tool system on the server. We are not responsible for any work done outside of it.
