    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I was given a TWC rank because of having no home IP. I currently stay with a roommate who is a senior full stack developer. I use the wifi that they pay for every month. I'm not too sure about why there is no home IP, but I'm assuming they have some sort of parameters to protect their identity while doing online jobs.
