*This is my first guide, sorry if it’s a bit vague.*
Step 1
Ok you start by going to this link and downloading the free trial to Sony Vegas Pro 8....http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/link?id=3451.1 is the direct link.
Step 2
After that you need to get the Serial Number and Verification Code that you "bought". There is a program that you can download (really small) and use after you have installed the trial. http://www.mediafire.com/?euojd9yy1ld
Step3
Once that small program is downloaded you install it. It's called KeyGen. ****To run the program properly you must right click and press "Run as Administrator".*** It will materialize outta nowhere with it's convenient songs. At the top it says "Product Name" go to Vegas Pro 8.0 a. At the bottom left it says "Patch". You must go to the file of the Trial which should be at C:/Program Files/Sony/Vegas Pro 8.0 (default).
Click the folder and hit OK. Then click generate 3 times (I don’t know why). Open Notepad and copy "Serial Number" and "Authentication/Authorization Code" to it and keep it up.
Step 4
Open up your trial, go to the HELP tab, and click "Enter Your Serial Number". A menu should pop up, when it asks you to register or w/e click by another computer, put in the serial when necessary, and Authentification code when nessecery. It will ask for you info put it in correctly and at the bottom there are 2 boxes to check, check the 2nd one, not the first. Click Ok or w/e and there ya go! It will restart registered by you with unlimited use, full version.
Oh yea ^^
