It should also be noted that once you agree to the terms in his Discord, you lose access to the channel so you're no longer able to view them. This is most likely a mistake, but assuming he sees this, it would probably be best to fix that.

Hello, altough i think you shoulve contacted me first about this, i have changed all the terms of service both on scyth and discord. This wont happen again and im deeply sorry this has happen, im new at this theres alot i still have to learn.
Thanks for letting me know the ToS disappears once u verify.
