    Proof of payment: Paid the rental and transferred 200m 07 of my own money onto the account to be disconnected within 2 minutes.
    Proof of contacting seller: All through livechat on site, asked for a transcript of the chat

    So basically I had contacted RSgoldrush to get an hour rental from them at around 20:30 GMT I believe it was... I started the rental or was on the account for around 20:38.
    I had then told Richard ( The Agent at the time ) that there wasn't a Whip on the account so he had requested that I meet him on World 452 to receive the funds to buy one (3,000,000) I then proceeded to do as he wished.
    I got to World 452 on the rental account to then transfer my own funds (200,000,000) onto the rental account thinking that I would be safe to hop over to World 302 to then go buy the Whip and focus on going straight to the arena.
    Upon trying to hop to world 302 I was disconnected from the account and to my amaze someone was logged into said account?...
    I tried to get them to provide me with screenshots of when the accounts password was supposedly changed as I thought it was the right trading practice for the passwords to be changed before they rented the accounts out (Prior to you renting) to which they state "No-one has rented the account in the past 2 days" and that they wouldn't be providing me with the screenshots to do so as it's a "problem on my end"

    Other relevant trade screenshots:
    Can give the full email chat transcript to a member of staff who is dealing with this upon request.
    Only relevant screenshots I have are me buying the Gold from someone and also me showing that I had traded the gold to the account.

    From @OFFICIALRSGOLDRUSH:

    1) Our agents believed the account to be secure at the time of the rental. They changed the user/pass to a unique combination which was different from any previous rental. We have a disclaimer on the website which outlines that customers are responsible in checking any attached social media logins. The customer did not mention completing this check in their original report.
    2) Our agents deny that they accessed the account. We have every reason to believe them; they handle billions in GP every day.
    3) We accept no liability for lost/stolen items on the rental accounts, mainly because it is impossible to definitively prove a loss by the customer.
    4) We have no stated responsibility to provide the customer with the described screenshots.
    5) It is impossible for the customer to prove that they suffered damages, which is why our terms state that we are not liable for lost/stolen items on the rental accounts.
    6) We are confident in the account's integrity. It has been rented 33 times in the past 2 months and this is the first such complaint.

    Did you happen to record your rental as recommended here? We highly recommend recording yourself during rentals

    Regardless, it seems to be the standard case of "he said she said" where we can't really prove whether it was the provider or the customer unless there are repeated reports by several customers.

    There isn't enough proof here to put the blame on @OFFICIALRSGOLDRUSH. If any additional proof comes up please let me know
