S O S- Scammer w/Proof.

Unfortunately, the last scammer i reported (with extensive proof) has yet to be banned, and this was at least a few days ago, which is both unsatisfying and makes me think if reporting scammers in general will actually do any good.

I was supposed to buy 8Mil off of this "seller" , i went first considering he was a member since 2005, and immediately after sending the first 14 usd he logged off.

I can supply the entire msn convo if its a must, but it is mainly just negotiation and expectations etc, what i supplied should be solid enough, thank you.
