Compiling Error.

Yes I have read a guide and downloaded my includes, I followed the guide step by step and re-tracked my steps twice to make sure I did everything correctly, and I did.
Yet I still have this error, so I must be not getting something or doing something wrong, Can somebody help me out with specific instructions?
or is there a guide for idiots like me?
