    Explanation of the trade: I'm buying DS2 accounts from him.
    How they scammed: He hasn't completed the service yet and is 2 months late.

    Last response from @Angel.aq was just now: He's raising money to get membership for the accounts.

    For the progress 1 account is almost finished. A couple are still not in highscores.
