Explanation of the trade: I purchased a "boosting" service for neopets for tons of Flash game avatars. He was given $85 to complete these. At first it went well, then slowly communication went down hill. He rarely replies back and when he does he tells me "his power is out" or something like that. Currently I have not heard from him since 3/19 when he asked to purchase items in my inventory. Nothing about the service I paid for.
How they scammed: Paid him $85 to complete this service and he only did a quarter of them and now is ignoring me.
