    Well heres the story..

    I managed to get 19.99 VIA paypal.. so that I could buy CS:S...

    then, when I go to try and buy it.. it turns out theres bloody taxes. Has this any happened to anyone; you go and buy something but you forget theres taxes, and you cant buy it?

    so now i have $20.12 Anyone wanna lend me 3 bucks? :p [email protected]

    If you lend me the 3 dollars.. I will gladly do some signature work for you, or anything web design wise..

    I hate when something is 99.99$ then I save up a 100 dollar bill go to the store and it turns out I lack a fucking dollar so I came all the way there for nothing.
