Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Hello, I want to clear up all this misunderstanding, all this came because of a trade which was a disaster in part for bad confirmation of my side due to i was insanely tired and I just wanted to finish it fast, i agreed to my supplier 3b for 15m Bolivares Screenshot (VES currency) and with my customer 24m/3b Screenshot according to give the gold to him by stake and then we started Screen1 Screen2, I asked my customer 1b vs 1b but he refused saying that he only had 250m so we started like this Screen1 - Screen2, I always tell my supliers to confirm with me before accept trade, the first 250m were confirmed Screen1 - Screen2, my big mistake here was not giving importance to do a properly confirmation for the rest of the stakes due to the fatigue that I had and the hurry to finish this and go away Screenshot, then my customer said that my supplier won one of the stake and took the gold from him Screenshot i thought it was a mistake from him (my supplier) so my customer some annoyed asked me to give the gold to him by trade Screenshot, after that my supplier gave the gold by trade without confirm with me I told him "Why didn't you confirm with me" which he replied "my bad" Screenshot after this I thought the trade had finished well and I told my client "3b done" then he sent me a message saying "3b not done" Screenshot there I began to pressure my customer to he tell me the truth but he insisted that he did not have that gold Screen1 - Screen2 even i check his bank in a screenshare to see but it was useless, therefore what I did was refound the rest to my customer on osrs Screenshot (and a little more cause i had to refound him 13.6m but due to fatigue I did not realize)meanwhile i had a dispute with my supplier, at first I didnt want to pay him full because my customer only had 1.3b (or thats what he told me) then i change my mind because i didnt confirm well and I decided to make a full payment so i asked his data bank to do the payment and i told him "hurry up i want to sleep i have go", and he took like 1 hour, to answer, sudenly i saw a DNT in my sythe profile cause another customer showed me, then I head to andy to ask him about an explanation and i asked him if it had been for this trade which he said "yes", in conclusion, none of my clients were scammed, in this case was a big part my fault cause i didnt confirm properly and i made a full payment to both of them: Screen1- Screen2- Screen3- Screen4- Screen5- Screen6- Screen7- Screen8- Screen9- Screen10- Screen11
- Screen12

I WANT TO ADD that although this is my opinion and perhaps it has no relevance to ask for a pardon, I need to add that the action of "Andy" in giving me DNT without first ask for my version of the story in that report was really unfair, he literally said "there are multiple accusations" and inssue a DNT against me without ask me any kind of explanation, since i know and the time that i have here in sythe I just have 1 report that everyone can see it, if i have any accusations against me of being a scammer or something im 100% willing to collaborate with any kind of proff that you guys need, pictures, wathever. this DNT does not seem fair for me in my opinion since I did not scam anyone and this greatly stains my reputation in this market.

Things to be fixed after this:

I will make a form step by step depending on the trade which will be more easier for my supplier to follow the steps in a trade for a better communication and documentation of a trade.

I will be strictly careful when confirming trades (i always do but this time i was careless)

I will add the screenshare method in trades more difficult to document

If there is something else that can improve my service I am open to advises

That's easy to explain, she head to me to sell 1T SPK and started to give me account without me even asking her for it so that was sketchy for me and i ask her a screenshot, then she started to say that "the acc was in duel and empty" and i told her "hey, i didnt even ask you acc and neither into on it cause my pc is banned so if you want to extort go away" so she told me "you told me give me acc" after that i got mad and I told him to fuck off, the rest of the conversation its only that...

Extra: she claimed that his brother "frank" saw the message and then said "sivley" Screenshot he is one of our suppliers and still he offer us RSPS GP Screen1 Screen2, so if that were true he wont offer us anything.
