terms of service -
1) You will pay up front or we can use a middleman of agreement at your expense, we also have the right to decline any orders.
2) You will provide everything or gold to purchase the required items for the service (ironman+ is excluded from this but may vary)
3) When ordering you agree that you will remove anything unrelated to the service request and/or use a bank pin to deposit your wealth if we do not require the usage of it (some cases may be different such as ironman+)
4) All orders/sales will go through #request-a-ticket and not privately, failure to do so can result in a impostor scamming you which we are not responsible for. Please always make sure to check you are talking in tickets as we will not be held responsible for otherwise.
5) You must not log into your account if you are ordering a service, this can lengthen your order request and also possibly flag your account under hijacking/hacked accounts, we hold the right to cancel an order with no refund if you do so without permission and/or continue to do so (you can request to log on and be given permission)
6) Any/all mutes, bans and locks are your responsibility as per requesting a order to be done in #request-a-ticket , we hold the right to pause orders if an account is banned until further notice. Jagex are very clear with their ruling on account services/account sharing.
7) We are not responsible for any unwanted exp gained with your order whilst working on it. We will hold ourselves to the highest possibility of not allowing it via following your requested, but in some cases you may be unaware of quest rewards and such of which we cannot be held accountable for. 8) We do not take responsibility for any potential deaths on hardcore or ultimate ironmen, please note this can happen due to the connection on jagexs side with such things as ddosing servers and general server disconnections/lag spikes but we will try our hardest to try avoid it happening.
