    Link to/reason for TWC: No Home IP (was tagged in a thread regarding this)
    List of vouches since receiving TWC: Not sure if this is applicable for this type of TWC.
    Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behavior leading to TWC: I use a VPN from time to time.
    Previous TWC & disputes if applicable: None
    Anything else you wish to say: I don't even know who the person is that tagged me in that thread, or why they tagged me. Hope this can be resolved.
