    Explanation of the trade: In all honesty this report isn’t a malicious intent to attack anyone. I recently have become concerned with Ironman Services and have spoken to a reputable service and found out about certain scams that have been kept secret in house. So I wanted the remaining money from my wallet refunded to me to move on.
    when I opened a ticket I asked for a refund and was told only %80 could be given back to me due to their tos. I asked the manager to quote me where it says that and the tos they refer to has to do with current on going orders.
    So I challenged them and they tried to manipulate their tos to cover the money in their wallet. This is absolutely terrible trading practices and makes me wonder if anyone in their server knows that their wallet is only entitled to %80 so I felt they had to be reported and exposed.
    How they scammed: Wanted to refund %80 of my customer wallet and tried to apply their tos to cover it.

    The fact that services get away with 600m Ironman scams and other piss poor practices has honestly gotten to me. It’s not fair to these players who pay for these services and scam reports get prevented. either way you look at it people either grind the game for hours to earn the money to pay for the services or they work their asses off in real life.

    The bigger issue at hand is that you're trying to force 80% refunds on clients when that's borderline scamming. Had I not made a big deal out of it, you would have tried to give me 80% and essentially scammed me.

    I take pride in who I associate my self with. I don’t feel like associating with any server that tries to cover up scams and prevent people from reporting it, Ironman accounts/players are being manipulated and taken advantage of and I’m sick of it.

    if you’re willing to force a %80 refund on a CUSTOMERS WALLET then I don’t find it hard to believe you’d try and cover up other shit too.

    Your manager screenshotted the tos in the ticket. The original version of your tos.

    WE state on our ToS "5・If you decide to use the remaining value onto another service 100% will be refunded.". Meaning if you ask a refund for an actual order you'll only get 80% can be cash or to your wallet. This was just a misunderstanding from Admin team, they thought it was a refund from an order.

    Anyways, like we said inside your ticket (that you ignored), we will pay you fully and we made that rule more clear on our ToS.

    We updated it yes, but the screenshot part is where i updated the role only. Since we got shut down twice and it killed our role tags, as you know since you with us since November.

    Have you notified all your users that your TOS has been updated? Regarding information about their wallets.
    Everyone in your server has agreed to your original TOS not the updated version you have in there now.

    You did offer to refund me, I believe it was to avoid being exposed.

    Read the screenshot posted in the ticket by .JP and Thomas. Two of your staff members where it shows what #4 originally says.
    Then read your edited version that you’ve since posted here on Sythe.

    I’m not sure why you need to manipulate this.

    If I’m not mistaken that doesn’t apply anymore. you need to have a user either react to your tos to enter the server or physically post your tos and have them agree.

    It does still apply and kindly stop accusing users of scamming without a proof.
    This isn't a scam and you are not a victim.

    Even their old ToS was understandable to me.
    Many service providers don't offer refunds. 80% sounds reasonable, given the fact that they risk RWT bans.
    PVM Services are not your mules. You pay them to order a service AND they provide you with an option to cancel the service and request a partial refund, which is perfectly understandable and acceptable.

    @Glass Animal please either spend the money, or accept the refund.

    I never treated them as a mule.
    I also never had a order on going.
    The money I requested to be refunded, and for good reason, was sitting in a customer wallet.
    Their TOS never covered or said nothing about a users wallet, so this report was made based on comments made from a Sythe staff member.
    If you don’t care to explain the details in pm then would you care to now ?
    They also refused to accept payment in gold and it was sent via Bitcoin, so the RWT and muling comment is a meme on its own and Dario even admitted his TOS did not cover customers wallets until he edited it.

    I have no interest doing business with their server so I’ll accept a refund via BTC the same way I paid him. I will message him my btc.

    Alright, i can see it on blockchain.
    The current transaction was sent with 63 sat/b fee. The previous one was around 19 sat/b IIRC.
    @Glass Animal please check the transaction. It should say "Unconfirmed", not "Invalid".

    I can’t find it either.
    The first transaction is still posted as invalid as well.
    I was through the understanding as well the refund was %100 of the wallet.

    I don’t think waiting 6 hours is timely as well so if the ruling is %80 of the wallet then I’ll just use the full value with a service.
