    Amount scammed: 200M Value of items on Ironman. All supplies, potions, herbs, secondaries, weapons, planks, logs, ores, food, EVERYTHING of GP Value from feathers to Zenyte jewellery and Zulrah uniques. Time and effort wasted on 4 years progress of a 1950 total level ironman.

    I've purchased services through this discord plenty of times over the past 6 months without any issues. My most recent purchase was ordering 99 Mining and 99 Runecrafting with their '40% off to 99' deal at the moment. The worker I was assigned is Montoya18#6538 (https://i.gyazo.com/f06e9061dbdbd78ad9344426635fb156.png). Work was pretty slow to start with using Montoya compared to other workers I'd had assigned to my services, so I had made a complaint to staff about it and requested a new worker. I was told Montoya would step up his work and he'd been informed of my complaint. Fast forward 2 days later, Montoya informed me of my bank being missing (https://i.gyazo.com/fa5200f468b40bb73cc7b68f0645e8fb.png)

    StartYourIronman (https://i.gyazo.com/7fbd541671268230b4debdf8b664cf2e.png) pretty much told me I had no ground to stand on given that there was no way to prove the hacking had been leaked to their services discord.     A couple days later, another customer in their discord that had a job through MonToya had also had his items drop traded. Dragon warhammer, Primordial boots and Amulet of anguish being the main items lost. I caught wind of another hacking taking place in #general chat of the discord and confirmed that MonToya had leaked our passwords to another worker that in-turn had drop traded all of my items, and partial of another customers.

    I have been informed by StartYourIronman that everything that was on my account previous to the hacking will be replaced by MonToya. This report will stand as a liabilty report as to make sure my items are reobtained and the deal is held up.

    Happy to provide screenshots of any other information is required.

    I need to make a couple things clear, because Josh is simply not wanting to work with me, and instead enjoys acting like god over me. We do not deserve to have to get ALL of this man's items, it should be left up to me whether that be ANYTHING or EVERYTHING. My original offer is changed because my reputation DOES NOT deserve to be tarnished over his EGO and incredibly irresponsible account security and disregard for my TOS. I want this to be on MY terms for a few reasons.

    My original offer was to get ALL of Josh's items back. #1 this is already a problem because Josh does not have pictures of his bank. He can demand anything basically. I thought we would come to a COMPROMISE and I would not be listening to his COMMANDS.

    2) I made the original offer ONLY because I thought Montoya had taken 2 accounts and banks went missing on both. I WAS CONCERNED IT WAS A LEAK. However, I later found out the culprit behind @finishmykcboss was the EMPLOYEE who took the order Montoya gave it to. When I was informed Montoya was the TRAINER for your account & I realized "Hey, Montoya wouldn't have taken 200m bank when he has a 2B Deposit, what's up with that? I FIND OUT YOU WERE CARELESS ENOUGH TO LET 5 PEOPLE HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH NO BANK PIN.


    3) I was being nice, and thought we could compromise in a BIG way. I tried to tell you this here. I do not think I had found out that it was actually a Trainer of ours who took Pushing's stuff, not Montoya. Even if I did know, I really do feel bad and wanted you to be excited about the "big compensation".

    5) I am acknowledging the fact that we could be responsible, but how the hell could I ever know when RS is the way it is. I do not know you, you are somebody random on the internet. I'd love to take your word for it that you have no viruses, have not shared your password with friends, or that YOU didn't leak your account in some way, but I do not know 100%. There is also the fact that there are people who get hacked everyday for no reason whatsoever.. Brute forcing (Preventable with BANK PIN), Jagex leaks are all something I accounted for within my TOS. I knew it was a possibility and that the customer would ONLY look at us, so for that reason I offer compensation even though I don't know if it was even us.


    6) My TOS states what it does (change password, we are not responsible for wealth) because it lowers my list of suspects. It allows me to HOLD 1 TRAINER accountable and make them do the work to fix it. However, the account was shared between god knows how many people. How the hell am I supposed to say who did it or even say if it was us? I offered you what I offered you because I thought you would be reasonable enough to handle this like adults since you clearly didn't bother with my TOS, and took a risk in the first place giving your account to ANYONE to service.

    7) The TOS rule is relatively new and I did not know a thing about it. I'm sorry for my ignorance on this matter, but the only reason this is in the discussion is because an Ex-Staff member of mine is bitter about me (for a good reason, I fired him) and is currently feeding josh what to say to win this. Fair enough. However, it's clear Josh knew about the TOS because he changed his password after the first service with us, but neglected to do it for the other 4 services. Either way, my TOS is my TOS for a reason. It is to make sure if the situation where a bank DOES go missing occurs, it can be hangled THE RIGHT WAY by me. We are not responsible for lost wealth, so technically I could give this guy jack shit if he proved himself that he knew the TOS by change passwords buy changing his PASSWORD THE FIRST TIME, BUT NOT ANY TIME AFTER TAKE OUT OF (LAZINESS)

    ALSO THE OG TICKET OF HIS IS MISSING BECAUSE IT WAS LONG TIME AGO AND WE DO TRY TO SAY STUFF ABOUT TOS TO NEW CUSTOMERS, HENCE WHY IT WAS NOT MENTIONED IN HIS TICKETS THAT ARE NOT GONE FOREVER. But how can I prove that /:

    8) I am still denying we took the bank. Where is the proof of us taking the bank? Simply, it makes no sense for Montoya to steal 200m when he has a 2B deposit and has done 150+ orders probably for me and also has access anytime to my PERSONAL ironman account with 900m on it. HE KNEW HE WOULD BE FUCKED IF HE TOOK THE BANK, WHICH IS WHY HE SAID "FUCK IM GONNA HAVE TO REDO THIS ACCOUNT".

    7) You are ungrateful, and just downright hard to work with. You hadn't even paid for the service WE WERE PROVIDING YOU. We took your word for it and really had a great relationship. THIS IS WHY THE OFFER CHANGED. YOU PUT ME ON BLAST WHEN YOU ARE AT FAULT FOR YOUR BANK GOING MISSING. IT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF YOU WOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY TOS LIKE YOU DID AT THE START OF USING MY SERVICES. I'll make the call at the end of this what you get, and I'll tell you now. It has changed since the start of this report.

    8) Our feedback. We have gotten over 30 feedback last month! Many claiming things like "trusted with 600m ironman bank". WE DO NOT STEAL PEOPLE'S ITEMS. @finishmykcboss was an unfortunate situation and was handled. You can seen that we are working out a deal with him to get his DWH back, and that's all he wants. His entire bank didn't go missing, just 3 items. It was shit, but he isn't walking away with nothing BECAUSE HE FOLLOWED TOS. WE ARE NOT SCAMMERS.

    If you had simply delivered me a list of stuff you wanted I would have answered to most every call. Now, I have frankly grown tired of you. You see the nice China disappear.

    TWC me over not following through with promises, whatever. I could use a break ;) I don't have to give him anything if I don't want to as far as I am concerned because WE DIDN'T DO THIS.

    I'm done with this man child. I feel sorry for your bank. It's common sense to have a bank pin and to change your password in between RANDOM PEOPLE YOU DO NOT PERSONALLY KNOW. To be clear, we were going to get you back A LOT more.






















    Hi, the above is true. His account's items were lost. We offered to get all the items that were cleaned back. Until right now, I thought that was going to be the plan. I was not notified about this deal being off.

    To be clear, we are not taking responsibility for @DaleTheWhale account. Montoya was doing this account himself, has all the screenshots of all the levels. We simply do not know what happened with this account. It was just too much of a coincidence that both were handled by the same trainer, so I decided to compensate for it. However, Josh violated our TOS. See below.

    I would have offered to get it all back right away if Josh would have changed his password in between trainers. 4 different orders were completed by different trainers. Password was not changed between any of them so it was impossible for me to say what actually happened. Same password, no pin.

    Another customer had 3 items dropped off his account, and honestly, that is on us. I am taking full responsibility for that and am working with him now. We stated that we will get all items back.

    In this case of discord user who lost the 3 items, we know we are at fault, so fuck our TOS. I'm getting those items back. But here, we still don't have a clue what happened. We have the screenshots, and to me, it does not make sense for someone who has worked for the past 2 years for a Staff position in my server to go and take 200m from an account he knows he will be fucked for if he does.


    I am not trying to cover anything up. What happened has happened. Just trying to make it right. You can see our discord feedback for this month.

    28 positive feedback, many of which include things like "Trusted with 600m ironman bank".

    Our intentions are always good, and we do everything we can to make things right.









    I will however be withdrawing my offer to get his items back. He broke our TOS and neglected to change his password between 4 (possibly more) different trainers? You tell me what you think is fair, however, this would NOT have happened if the passwords were changed between trainers.


    Anyway, I would like to continue with my services. I have handled this the best way I could. I feel horrible about what happened to the accounts. I did the best thing I could, which was offer to get the items back. This week was pretty rough for us, seeing as 2 accounts were compromised. However we handle a lot of accounts with high bank value, and the positive experiences absolutely outweigh the negative ones.

    You can TWC, DNT, Ban me. It might be a nice break from this for me :) However, I do not think that is deserved in this case. I did everything I could, replied quickly, and offered adequate compensation.

    We have a TOS for a reason, you agree to it when you open a ticket. When you void the TOS, discretion in my opinion should be up to myself. It's exists to protect both parties but it only works IF YOU FOLLOW IT.

    As I stated in the above post, I'm just making this report to keep you liable for the promises you have made. Not once did I say I didn't want my stuff back. You're twisting my words.

    Coincidence, I think not. MonToya has leaked our passwords to his minions and in-turn caused a breach to multiple accounts in a 24 hours timespan. That in itself is proven. The past 4 orders i've made were through Kindle (Head staff), Cesar, Montoya and MonToya again, who did my past 4 orders and live in the same household and did the orders back-to-back.

    I've left positive feedback previously also, and my account hasn't been breached on any other service you've provided until MonToya directly had this incident where one of his workers has decided to take items from accounts. It's plain and simple to see how and why this has happened, admitted by yourself.

    If the fact that I have held you liable in writing over this matter is enough to try and bring technicalities and loopholes into it, then so be it. I've come and posted an honest report, because my entire account is now ruined.

    If you're as genuine about getting the items back as you say you are, then being held accountable shouldn't cause such an issue as for you to ridicule me in DM's. This wasn't intended in a malicious way at all.

    Kindle lives in Spain (or Argentina I always forgot).

    Cesar and Montoya live in the same house.

    User Katako also had the password. He is Venezuelan but he does not live in the same house and does not know any of the others listed.




    That alone is 4 separate people who had access to the account. For me to pin it on Montoya is ridiculous and unfair to him. He worked his ass off to be in the position he is in. He would not jeopardize that over 200m.




    I am not belittling you or being rude, even in your DMs as you claim. This might be the first report ever I have not been vulgar, because I genuinely feel bad for you. I do not know what happened to your items but I do not think it was us. Montoya has the screenshots on his PC of the levels being gained. I can have him show any staff member necessary.

    It was all being done by him at his PC. He was scared shitless when your items went missing.

    I want to say one other thing, if this report swings my way, I may still compensate Josh in some way, as I just genuinely feel bad for him, but I do not think rebuilding his entire account is fair to us, because we simply didn't take his items. I am not posting this to sway the report, mods can disregard this part (they will anyway)

    Legit no bank pin, same password for a month between 4 different people.

    I don't think it's fair to put the blame entirely on us but I understand his point of view, he's upset, and anyone would be.

    There was not even a prompt or action to agree to ToS as you join the server or open tickets.

    As far as TOS goes, I checked our logs and we did not make you agree to any TOS in any of the newer tickets. It's only said up here as I was not aware of the new Sythe rules.

    It's common sense to not have your account in possession of 4 different people at a time. It's common sense to have a bank pin. I understand that you felt you could trust us, and you can. As again, we did not steal your items.

    I will put something together that automatically requires a 2nd step of verification whatever that may be.
    It's honestly the first time I am hearing it though.

    Do you have a screenshots of your bank? Or anything that can tell us what exactly was lost etc.

    Actually, I can't tell if we made him agree to it because his original ticket is not available?

    No ticket, just the end of it? Please advise. We do try to mention it to new members of our server for their own good, or at least we are supposed to, but I can't find the ticket anywhere. I do not know if he agreed because the ticket does not exist anymore to my knowledge.

    sorry as this has now involved me in more than one post.

    That report was done on the basis that in joining my Discord server you are presented with a welcome channel in which you have to type ‘!agree’ to gain access to my server and services. This is what was stated within that report.

    My discord server has been like that for over a year and was the reason my terms of service stood because of the entry requirement.

    So as to my understanding, we do meet the criteria mentioned here.

    Here is a picture of our "channel that has the button to create a ticket"

    "You may also reference that a customer making a ticket agrees to your ToS by making a ticket, but this must be referenced within the channel that has the button the create a ticket"




    So regardless of whether or not he did/did not outright agree to my terms of service in the missing original ticket, by opening the 5 tickets with us, he agree that he has READ and AGREED to our terms of services. One of those was after the "edited" ticket tool (where I was literally just trying to make it so that # (terms and services) would lead directly to our channel.)

    Am I understanding this correctly?

    I hate these specifics, and I am sorry that I was not aware of these new rules.

    I just wanted to add I am the gentleman that lost the dwh, prims, and anguish necklace like he mentioned above. I thought this would be better than to file a separate report. Keep in mind, I am an ironman so this is a big grind! Instead of assigning us a new worker, he wants to keep the same worker that lost our items in the first place! How is that not a conflict of interest?! Where is the decency from this man? We never agreed to have strangers outside of his discord work on our accounts! I would never have agreed to this. How am I supposed to trust them with the rest of my 500m bank? I've already lost so much, I don't wanna lose anymore! We need to keep this from happening to other people, this should not be tolerated by anyone.

    Here he says Montoya isn't a worker, but why was he assigned to my order? This makes no sense at all! So we're just supposed to take his word that Montoya didn't take our stuff? He has no proof that Montoya didn't take our stuff, so how can be so certain?

    I could also compensate you with GP, hadn't thought of that. I was saying Montoya is a friend to me, that is all that happened there. He is still a trainer, still a staff member...

    You are seriously sick for leaving out details and just posting stuff to make it look like I was not trying to do the best thing. You didn't trust us to give you the PIN, so I said we didn't need a PIN to do some activities we could do for free.



    Also, I get my TOS apparently means nothing, however this is also posted inside it.

    Whatever the decision may be, so be it. :) Please try to see past all the emotion in this report and look at the facts. I'll respect any decision made and we are already making changes to make sure that people understand our TOS and are more updated about the processes happening with their accounts.

    Again, we were not some ticking time bomb as they try to make it us out to be. 30 positive feedback this month tells me we are doing things right. And that's strictly the people who cared enough to leave it. Many people's faith remains unshaken.

    I reached out to PartyHacks, he's still willing to work with us to address this issue. We both agree that this can be resolved without any hard feeling's. I have had good luck with him in the past, I gotta trust him on this one. This is just a complicated issue, but we can come to a compromise I'm sure. Can Sythe staff delete last screenshot out of respect for PartyHacks and his friend, thanks!

    Although the majority of that post wasn't associating me, I'd just like to point out that not once have I claimed you're a ticking time bomb or whatever you're jumping to.

    I clearly stated from start to finish that I'd like to make this report to hold you liable and accountable for the promises you have made. Please read before you reply next time.

    You're the one turning back on promises because I've made this report.

    The resolution is simple, the execution is poor.

    Like I've said, I've used your services for months now. I'm a $1k+ spent rank. I trust the services and the majority of people in the discord. There has been an obvious breach to accounts related to Montoya, which he has admitted and you've acknowledged.

    I'm just looking to put your resolution into writing and make sure it's held as your promise stated originally before getting your hackles up.
