Which violation you are reporting the user for: Plagiarism
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: A couple of people DM'd me asking what my banner did on Johnson's thread. I told them it's not my banner. Apparently the King of Plagiarism has been at it again. He had specifically asked if he could remake my banner. If it was not for Johnson's history of plagiarising other peoples' works I would have let it slide. Come on dude.

Does it matter when you made it? You're displaying an almost identical banner on your shop and people think it's the banner I've made.
