Purchased one of these accounts. The transaction was smooth, but the account was banned later that night. I had only logged in on the account for around 4 hours through Runelite. I appealed the ban, and Jagex replied saying it was a correct ban. RsPhil is saying that his workers do it all by hand, which may be true, but beware when purchasing these accounts.

I wish we botted the account, but we are doing business here then how come the banning will happen? We want satisfaction to every customer we have then sir. After our transaction was made there's another guy bought an account on us until now we didn't receive any claims like yours.

Then one thing with your testimony here you said you logged in the account through Runelite for arround 4hrs. Can you please provide a screenshots on us that your using a runelite?

Then please check the conversation we had, our transaction was ended on Wednesday, December 30,2020 @1:09PM GMT 8+. Then you claim a ban issues on Thursday, December 31,2020 @ 2:17AM GMT 8+ it was 14hours gap upon issues arise.

Considering your sleeping 10hrs because we have different time zone the you played the account after sleep? Please give me a screenshots on that time.
