No Home Ip + NON MARKET USER

Hello, i log into sythe from alot of other places, and i was probably hacked.
Not a long time ago i disputed a wrongful ban and i got unbanned, (i was evading at that time to contact with the staff) although it is all resolved and removed, I would like to use this account as a final decision and would like the non-market user to be disputed.

So what happened was i logged into one of the accounts i had made before that was banned for evasion, while forgetting that i was unbanned on here so i got banned all over again.
