Hyper Elo Request of refund for lol boosting

I purchased boosting service from @Hyper ELO. I went with their promo of platnium 4 to diamond 4 for 94$. I did pay additional fees, 1.4x to be exact, because I get less than 18 lp per win even tho in their policy it says that if you get less than 16 lp per win you only have to pay 1.2x.

The reason why I’m looking for a refund and compensation is because of the amount of L they got my account due to poor quality boosters. 6 days later with 60+ games and I’m still plat 4 And they Lost 9 in a row at 0 lp so I’m lucky to not be demoted right now. I won’t link my op.gg to the public to avoid getting banned but I will gladly share it with whoever takes over this case via pm. Initially requested a refund but was offered to switch boosters which I agreed but that new booster is just worse than the previous one. Been trying to get in touch with hyper but no reply. Also making this report because he should make his additional feels much clearer.

I've seen the op.gg and it's pretty shocking

@Hyper ELO you or your booster has won 33 games out of 69, with a 47.8% win rate in plat 4 and a 30% win rate in your last 20 games. After an entire week and almost 70 games later, you've made no progress whatsoever and in fact have lowered his mmr and LP gains even further.

To begin with @Omegalol shouldn't have paid the additional 1.4x fees, you advertise 1.2x fees if it's below 16 LP, so why was he charged extra?

I'm intervening to stop the boost here, @Hyper ELO please refund $131.60 in full to @Omegalol

You've been online and didn't bother to respond to this thread, can you explain how you decided to charge extra from omegalol despite your thread saying 1.2x (not 1.4x) and how you weren't able to make any progress after 70 games at Plat 4, despite advertising boosts up to Master Tier?

 

I was informed that his LP gain is 11-12 per win, which is much lower than any average low lp gain orders, Hence I charged 1.4x and added to to the booster's cut.

Regarding the awful win-rate, I have no excuses to give for the boosters poor performance. My only hypothesis is that with the new changes to items they may have found it hard to carry.

 

I don't find that to be a good reason considering this is pre-season where ranked queues are far less competitive than what they usually are. I would strongly encourage you to revise how you hire your boosters and definitely wouldn't recommend this booster to take any jobs past plat. I'm a bit disappointed you didn't bother to respond to this thread despite being online/tagged and are defending your booster.
