Official MMs, are they coming back anytime soon?

Well, as most of you know, all MMs got demoted a while back due to updates, but now I ask you, are they ever coming back?

No MM has scammed since then, so you can throw your idea out about all MMs scamming which is what you implied by doing what was done.

So I ask a simple question, MMs are still very much needed and MMing is still just as possible as it was before, so, are they coming back anytime soon if ever?

 

I want official MMs back, but im just saying, conman (aparently) scammed and so did sexpert.

I sure hope they do. And from what I hear is, in the futur jagex is coming out with item lending? ( Only rumors ive heard )

I think they should definitely be reinstated, especially as the WoW Markets are also beginning to take off.

I agree, all the MM's (except for me of course because of the suspicions etc) should be brought back if sythe felt so inclined. I think it is about time to have some more trust/safety back at sythe. GL all ex-officials.

 

The Ex-MMs should not be brought back I believe but instead applications should be opened once more with the changes necessary to the changed environment RS Cheating now operates within.

It sounds purely selfish and spiteful that you do wish to have applications implemented, but you do not think Ex-MM's should be reinstated.

 

Why shouldn't they be brought back? They have gained enough trust over the years (well most have been official for more than a year) so I'm pretty sure if the rank was going to be brought back, they would get their positions reappointed to them.

I have no doubt theyre trustworthy, and I KNOW many are trustworthy.

But how many of them have done BH trades, how many have done WoW account trades, how many have done WoW gold trades?

It is completely different.

So what I would suggest seeing as Finn wont stop bitching at me in the IRC and being paranoid Im gonna steal his position even thought I never have, and never will have anything to do with MMing. All the Ex-MMs should receive some sort of MM rank if Officials return BUT they would have to do extra should they wish to be an "Official" for something they havent proved they can do (ie. most Ex-MMs havent done any WoW trades, why should they be an official-MM for WoW too then if they dont know how to do it?)

And for the last fucking time Finn, I DONT WANT TO BE A FUCKING OFFICIAL MM SO STOP BITCHING AT ME IN THE IRC

I believe all the previous Middle-Men should be re-instated. However I think that due to the fact that there were so many available MMs, that a new process of becoming middle-man should be made. I think an even longer and rigorous process should be developed.

Just because some of them don't know exactly how to do BH for example doesn't mean that they shouldn't be reappointed their position. It isn't very difficult and they are responsible for what happens while they are MMing unless there is no way that it is their fault, so its not like people are going to lose anything if they use someone who might not be an expert on how to use BH. Besides I seriously doubt any MM would MM a trade that they didn't know how to.
