RecoveryKing "Temp" Banned

First, i (RecoveryKing) JUST got able to get on here as im now in seattle, before i couldnt access anything i just got the Temp Banned message if i tried.

Second, whenever i try to login i get a message that says im Temp banned for owing someone 1m, it doesnt say who and my ban ends never. I want proof of owing said 1m, if i recieve that then i will pay it back but if there is none then i want an unban

 

You owe me 1M, from when I helped you out on msn awhile ago.
