I dunno if I'm wrong here, but for botting on OSRS the general idea is to have one set proxy that exists with the account the entire life - by using rotating proxies Jagex will see the account is changing IPs very frequently which isn't ideal.

Let me know if I'm on the wrong end of the stick here, but dedicated residential might do better?
