Will Paypal refund my limited account money?

Does anyone know if Paypal will refund my money that I have in my account they limited? They screwed up and well long story short they think I'm someone else and want to prove my identity however I'm only 17 it's under my fathers name who is divorced from my mother and I live with her so two different addresses and names so all in all I called it into Paypal and to bring it down they said tough luck.

Will they refund the $900 some I have in my account?

This happened on Mar 3 and it's now May 11 when should they refund it, I wouldn't mind getting even half my money back 100% of it would be a miracle although I heard they take interest.

 

If its limited due to they think your selling illegal stuff or what ever they wont give you anything. They won't even let you close the account or remove any of your information.

Look what do they ask for it to be unlimited, they wont refund you until you can prove that what they ask.

Well...that sucks I have around $900 in there and I can't unlimit it because they want to prove my address so they want my fathers name and address on there and like I said to you guys and them I don't live with my father nor does he live with us...and when I told them that they were discussing it and a supervisor or someone with higher power pretty much in other words said tough luck...aren't they by law have to forfeit the money or some of it?
