Looking for Steam accounts

The accounts need to have at least 1 purchase on them that is older than 30 days but not older than 9 months! (I need the 30 day market restrictions to be cut in half)

I dont need any specific games on the accounts but they should preferably have cs go with no vac ban

I dont need hacked accounts. Anyone whos trying to sell me hacked accounts will get reported.

There must not be any phone numbers registered with the accounts

Steam guard should be changeable or the accounts should come with full mail access

The most important thing is that the accounts will not be taken back under any circumstances

I prefer PayPal as payment method but I can also pay in Bitcoin
