steam account with few games and £75 in the wallet

hi guys, as the topic says i got a steam account with £75 in the wallet, which is just over 90 euros

anyways the thing is, i added the money into the wallet via paysafecard so i could buy skins and trade them for something else

but after i added the £75 i found out i cant buy the damn skins from the market because i havent purchased anything on my steam account ... the games on there are free games or are gifts from buying other products etc

so im either going to have to sell my account for £75 / 94 euro
or if someone knows any way of getting the money back, like maybe gifting games or something for money on paypal ?

if anyone is interested in the account or knows a way i can get around this, my skype is gingergiles1 the name should show up as matthew ginge

maybe i could buy games on there and gift them to people and they give me funds on paypal ?
might take a few games tho to get to £75 ...

but yes if anyone is interested in buying the account, i dont want anything for the games or not interested in making a profit, i just want the £75 ( 94 euro ) back thats all
