Need Advice for AGS PURE

hey, so after unsuccessfully selling my pure ive decided to put some serious work into it.

what i was thinking is selling the ags, and getting 92 mage, 99 range, and possibly 20 def.

however, after some consideration i had the idea to try and go for 95 pray, aka Turmoil.

i would do d bones to either 80, 85 or 90 pray and finish it off with Soul Wars. (80 -> 95 = 2k zeal) (85 -> 95 = 1.5k zeal) (90 -> 95 = 900 zeal)

however, i would like to hear some suggestions as to the direction my pure should take.




PS i also have 50m on my main which i am going to transfer onto this account that i can use

 

sell ags. get 94-99 mage/str/range. If you get bored of being 1 def, go for 45 def ( quest it only!!!!!). if not, i recommend getting 44-52 prayer. joining a good 1 def clan, and pvp. if u get bored. try getting 99 thief/hunter/fm. since it seems u are close for thief and hunter and u have a good amount of willow logs to burn

 

just a question, is there any difference in questing 45 def and using soul wars? dont they both not give you hp experience? whats so special about quest xp?

 

Quest XP gives a bit of room to move.
You also can do RFD at the end. SW ruins it and in order to do RFD, You need to do the quests correctly without getting Def before the quests..

get pray 52. would make it easyier to sell, also get 90 str.

 

Correct. The RFD quests alone should give you 40ish defence + D slayer. This is the reasoning for zerkers getting def though..barrows gloves are amazing.

Yea Questing 45 def is better since once your done with neccessary quest ( dragon slayer, fermenick trials, monkey madness etc * ) you will be a good 45 def and not have to worry about leveling up defence because you forgot to finish a quest

* all these quest give defence xp, being that monkey madness is optional experience

 

max attk and str and get 20def. sell it as a 20def pure-it pwnz in pvp and its rarer then 1(2)def pures...also get 52pray

 

Quests unlock's you a few items that is good for zerkers..

 

I suggest getting high strength and mage, and rush people always works.

you should be a init pure 20 def 85 str 75 atk get 31 prayer and get rune gloves you would own

 

i thought rune gloves were 40def? anyway the acc has 20 def now. im chinning atm to get range up going to stop around 95 for now. then i might get mage to 94

 

max str and atk, fuck the rest

You can have barrows gloves, turm and more items that def related quests give.

 

get barrage and 99 str/range

 

I would go for turmoil, you prob could afford it? Then work back your ags? and as for def i would say stay low for now

 

Dont get defence. :/

But without defence you could get hit on high, therefore you could loose the AGS.

It's a risk a pure needs to take.
