how to tell if u got blacklisted from paypal

hey guys, well title says it all, does it just say " hey you are blacklisted from paypal" or is it that everytime u make an account it gets limited access all the time?

 

If you keep getting limited on PayPal, is it because you are doing activity suspicious to warrant the limit? Things like trading huge sums of money on an account just registered, splitting payments to the same account over a short period of time and transferring from one personal account you own to another personal account you own can cause this.

I do not think that PayPal would say you are black listed as they make a lot of money from funds withheld on limited accounts.

If you are blacklisted by paypal you can't make anymore transactions with your IP address regardless of which paypal account you are transferring funds with. IE. you make a fresh account, send it $0.01 from someone else's IP, try to send it back or spend it = automatically limited.
