Explanation of the trade: I gave 500M OSRS to baod services to become a worker from them, now they're attempting to place me under a breach of their TOS for "Outsourcing work" without providing any proof. It has been 3 hours since it was stated from the server owner that "I'll show you what I got shortly.". (screenshot below.)

Not only this, October 23rd I placed a note on my personal questing page that I would no longer be taking individual work since I still had customers coming to me individually requesting work in which I referred them to Baod Services. I had been a loyal working employee for several months and tried my best to communicate life changes as they happened. I put in my two weeks on October 26th with Boad (The other owner of the server.) and explained my IRL scenario with him that I will not be able to take on anymore jobs and that I would do my best to complete the ones currently assigned. 4 Days after my integrity gets called into question with this accusation and my worker role was removed preventing me from continuing current jobs (200M+ ticket), and taking on anymore work.

I offered to provide any and all RSN folders with Runelite and work that I've provided along with screenshots of completion to verify I was the one in-fact to be completing this work.

Also, let it be known during this time I was getting services completed on my own PERSONAL ACCOUNTS during this time by another vendor due to the lead time for responses were so long from Baod Services.

I know I don't have to post this, but I think it's necessary. I'm having a rough-go at life right now. The last thing I need is for some person over the internet trying to make allegations and slander my character. Here's a screenshot of me putting in my two weeks with the other owner of the server. Also this is prior to the allegation which makes this entirely too convenient that after the worker decides he wants to leave he can pull the "You were outsourcing your work" card.

I am fine with waiting 14 days per their worker TOS to receive my deposit back.
I am not fine however with receiving feedback about my work and character that's false.

 

As we speak i am typing up a report. and have been for the past 2 hours. collecting evidence. i wont reply to this any further.
Staff can potentially merge my evidence into here shortly when mine is finished
