THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY STATED on his sythe post, refused to refund more than half even though his accounts got banned for BOTTING no fault of my own and he just refused to resolve the problem of this recurring banning saying its league of legends new "ban wave" when no other sellers I spoke to seem to have this problem. Bought the account, then proceeded to add on discord because account banned for botting, repeat process, he refuses to refund then blocks me cause he can't afford it.
How they scammed: see above, refusing to refund but sells botted accounts that get banned straight away. Doesn't state accounts are botted and refuses to rectify the problem.
In his terms and conditions on his shoppy page he states he will offer a full refund if they can't provide the product or service, so why is he refusing to refund when he cant offer the "HIGH QUALITY ACCOUNTS" that his post says they provide?? If we are allowed to scam through external sites sign me up I'll get scamming through shoppy as well I guess.

Update, he has blacklisted me from his shoppy after refusing to do a refund haha.

 

ye s offerd you a full refund but you are just being a crybaby and wasting everybodys time , also when you are redirected to my shoppy you can clearly see the Terms of service on the top , also i replaced the last account that he got banned too so i want it back, also nobody is scamming you , you can see clearly that you will have a replacement for every account that gets banned within 30 days and no refunds are allowed , but still even if you are in the wrong and kept offending hard and spamming im willing to offer you a full refund, waiting for your answer here
