Hello. Yes I would like to comment as I've had a conversation with WSJ a while back where he essentially attempted to threaten us while I attempted to be diplomatic. Will add the transcript here.

Here is the conversation I had with Adderall / WSJ on 9/04/2020
As you can see - He approached us right off the bat asking us to make changes/amend things. When he was told that we can look into whatever issues he had with our server, he threatened us with a ban by implying that "they do ban for it" and then left. We were never contacted again in regards to this. Additionally as for what I'd like to say is that while he states that it bears "similarities to the old server", he never pointed out the similarities to us and since it's been deleted there has been no evidence of that whatsoever. At this point in time RuneGold is the older server. The use of ・ to separate channels is nothing revolutionary (most servers use it because it's aesthetically pleasing) and neither is using the ticket bot's basic functions such as a footer and footer icon.

As seen in the ticket however with my only conversation - I expressed full cooperation for anything he had issues with to which he said no need and asked me to explain in a report.

 

As a reference - This is his current server.

 

From my understanding, WSJ is attempting to draw attention to this case of accused plagiarism in order to plead his case for Limiq. There are quite a few things to consider here.
Firstly,

• WSJ reached out to us 1 month and 10 days ago in order to supposedly fix this issue. As you can see from the ticket transcript which was my only form of communication with him, he did not express any interest in doing things diplomatically. This isn't an issue albeit it does leave a sour taste. However, he hadn't done any of the things including "listing out the violations and reporting to Sythe" or even giving us anything to change for that matter.
• Our server doesn't bear similarities in comparison to BoostedMMO and his current case rests on a deleted server.
• He is engaging in oppressive business practices to attempt to have a competitor removed.
