Explanation of the trade: He didn't necessarily scam me, he just says he doesn't have the funds to pay me the $400 back for the account that I have given back to him already.
How they scammed: Has not given my money back and said he would. I think he's lying probably because he says its for a car purchase, I think he just wants to be able to sell it off again before he pays me tbh.

when you initially messaged me you wanted me to sell you an account and with in a few months buy it back @ 80%. I agreed to the terms and stipulated as long as nothing major happened to the account that I would take it back. I also explained to you why I was selling off my accounts and other excess online items. I recently had a transmission issue and decided to get a new truck to tow my boat. The auction is on the 10th of this month that I plan on attending. 24 hours after you buy the account you tell me you lost 3b staking and need the money back for the account. I told you why I wouldnt be able to and assumed I wouldnt need to buy it back till 1-2 months later at the earliest. I offered to re-list the account and attempt to sell it for you in the mean time.

As you can see what we agreed upon in these screen shots. Now look what he writes to me explaining why he needs to sell me the account back so quickly.



Me offering to list it wasnt because I cant or dont want to repay you. It's because I wasnt expecting to have to so quickly. I dont mind buying the account back but I would want it to be a month or so down the road like I initially thought and agreed to. Now I could be a prick and claim you RWT'd on the account and dont want it anymore. You said it yourself.

edit: I'd also like to point out at this time that the account had 50m or so in items when I gave him ownership and he shorted me like 16 dollars btc lol

PS: His argument is that I couldve RWTED on the account and I didnt even have it for a day. There are no blackmarks and hes had it back for 3-4 days. Thanks.

 

It's not an argument and it honestly doesnt even matter. What I dont understand is why someone like you would make a report? You have previous history of scamming and they've already found some of it. Any and all proceeds will go to victims or community repayment. If you would of just chilled out and worked with me some what I would of had you paid right now. I just sold the account back to the original user who sold it to me. Now all I'm doing iswaiting for @Andy to collect the USD.

Let me know when I can be paid, idk who is a scammer or whatever yall talking about. My rent is legit depicted on this money thats why I was so persistent, it was an account I bought, I never called anyone names, I haven't done anything wrong, this will fuck my life up if I dont get the money I paid for this account back.
