IGN 'Riolu' Was name sniped.

I'm posting here on behalf of a friend of mine. I've gone ahead and asked him the questions that was on the Had A Name Sniped? Pinned thread and I was also told to put the thread in this section. I have also blurred out the names of the victim himself who is a friend of mine my and any helpers to prevent harm or any threats to them.

• Did you try buying or selling a name form/to a Sythe member and have the trade go bad? He has never traded on Sythe.
• Have you seen a name that was sniped from you sold at a later date? This has happened to him. He bought 3 bonds to make a transfer and it got sniped during the transfer process. He has also sent several emails to tipoff and to the JagexSupport twitter with no success.
• Do you know someone with a reputation of sniping? I've had several people tell me Assassin and Amy were possible large snipers. Further suspicion given to me was, the sniped name currently has Assassin's name on it right now which seems skeptical enough to me: Screenshot - 4ad2a99abebe7b3634d82436cd320e45 - Gyazo
• Was a name lost during a name transfer service and did they ended up selling it? The whoever sniped it put it back on the market basically. My friend also sent me a few screenshots that might also further prove the case. Long story short, he was doing the transfer process which he always had ZERO problems with until this specific day. He put awareness that it happened on Twitter: Screenshot - 9e8338c239ade13ed900cbf76b0092a2 - Gyazo His hope was that he could get some help on getting his name back and so others were aware it happened to him. He contacted Jagex Via A Tweet to JagexSupport which held to no avail which he deleted because the sniper might of discovered what he was doing. Boredsnow96 was the old name on the account used to snipe. He says he then had some people give him pointers but he kind of just gave up after a while. In no way is he able to buyback his name as he doesn't have money right now and it obviously was pretty devastating for him to have his own name sniped. He wants to know if there's something that can be done about this (I.E. Approved Anti-Scam, Hunting down the name sniper if it's traceable, having a trusted member snipe it back for him.) It was at this point I was asked to post this on his behalf to bring awareness to this site and it's staff and any potential victims.

The guy sniping names does that just to troll. He is known to put names resembling me or @Alex on names he's sniped just so people like you can make reports like this under suspicion/to troll. Hope your friend gets his name back.
