What evidence would I need to have my old account removed or banned

So recently returned to Sythe only to find my old account was hacked: Illegal Socks

Who ever used the account commit a ton of scams and got a non-market user status on the account. I'm not trying to fight for my account back or the status removed but I had sensitive information that may have been in my pms that the hacker would have had access to. So I'm wondering if the account could be banned or removed completely and what evidence I may need to have that done. The last time I was on the account was 2017 and I believe the hacker got access to the account in 2018. I have emails from changing my password as early as 2015 on the account and since then I can't recover the accounts password with my old email that was linked to the account for some reason.

Edit: It seems this new account also has the non-market user status is that because of the same email linked?
