Explanation of the trade: Originally, my laptop wasn't able to handle it, and then over the summer, my computer crashed and I lost everything. Thus, I didn't have a computer to transfer it to within the first month. He know won't provide me a transfer at all and wants me to pay for it, even though it's a product that's never been used. I'd like a moderator's opinion on this.
How they scammed: Won't work with me at all. Says that since I'm outside of a month of transferring, that I'd have to pay for it. This is even though I had no computer to actually transfer it to.

First of all, I would like to apologize for any confusion or issues you may have had with our services. However the rules are the rules for our service and if we bend for one, we must bend for all.

The user above originally joined our discord April 26th 2020 and purchased/licensed his copy of our scripts on April 27th 2020. Our licensing is specifically mentioned on the website in multiple places (At least 3) to include our terms of service page, F.A.Q page, and the products purchase page.

The licensing rules are as follows: "A one-time payment per device or virtual machine.", and the license change policy is as follows: "Everyone is granted one free transfer of license to a new device or virtual machine within the first month of purchase, outside of that, it’s $10 via our license transfer page." The user contacted Sammich about a license change on September 15th 2020, 140 days after initial licensing.

We offer a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee OR one free license swap to or from any machine that the scripts are used on (to include virtual machines). The user attempted to use a virtual machine to run the scripts (totally fine, and a service we will assist with if wanted) however realized that his machine couldn't handle what he wanted to do, and then lost access to his PC (Rip sorry to hear this mate).

This would not have been an issue, and a license transfer would have been provided IF the user had contacted us within 30 days, even via mobile discord and said something as simple as "I lost my PC, and the VM didn't work for me.. is there a way I can reserve my license swap?".
