Spongebob is a scammer

I have recently been scammed by Spongebob. I bought an account from him for $22 USD, I went first, he gave me all of the information, the transaction was fine. This took part on the 26th March 2008, I have just tried to log into the account but it says invalid username or password, I have tried to recover it with the information I have supplied, however the appeal failed.

I would like you to ban him from these forums, I have video evidence of the entire transaction.
