Explanation of the trade: I am a regular customer of chicks. We share the same bank so I send him bank transfer and he sends me bitcoin for 5% commission fee. Usually the waits are like 20-30 minutes before I get a response from chicks. I decided to gamble today, so I sent chicks 1.5k$ bank transfer. I did not hear for 1 hour+. In the meantime, I got a loan from a friend and made money, so I decided to cancel the trade with chicks as I did not receive the BTC or a response from chicks. I removed the BTC address from our conversation so that chicks would not send the bitcoin. 1 hour later. Chicks responds by saying he sent the bitcoin a long time ago. (He is lying. He didn't send the bitcoin. I will explain further). I had purposely removed the BTC address before chicks responded, so that he won't send the btc. I gave Chicks my bank info to send the transfer refund.

In the end, he refunds me 1425$ out of the 1500$ I sent. He clearly lied about "sending the btc". He tried to get the commission fee out of me. He would not have refunded my bank 1425$ if he knew that he did not send the bitcoin to begin with. All in all, he owes me 75$ CAD.

Do not trade with this clown. Horrible Service. This guy's ego is through the roof and shouldn't be on this platform.

I'm not sure why he sent the payment without Chicks confirming, but we have multiple people that payments go through so this was likely just a misunderstanding and not malicious in any way. When we request a payment be sent it's difficult to cancel it because we don't know if it's already been sent.

 

There are no debts owed but due to a history of attempted scamming on this site, yushey is not entitled to any compensation here
