Hi Sythe community,
I've been banned since 2010 for ban evading lethalsh0ts. It is true that I know the person behind lethalsh0ts in real life. He is/was one of my friends in middle school, but we're not the same people.
At the time I didn't really care much about the ban, since I wasn't very active on Sythe anymore, so I let it be as is.

Currently I'm not really active anymore in the RS scene, since priorities changed IRL.
I was a Premium Scripter on the TRiBot forum past few years, but have been a bit inactive on there for a year as well. I'm known there as xCode (xCode - TRiBot Forums).
My friend, President (previously known as Marcieman), reached out to me with a request to create a bot which helps bumping all the threads. This bot was hosted on my personal server at my home, which explains the IP matches of a few weeks ago from my IP address. Because of this, he is now DNT'd which harms him a lot. He is not a threat to the community.
This is the reason I want to clear my name here and is therefore the reason for this dispute.
The reason my skype was once posted under his name in 2013 was because I reached out to him to get me in contact with someone who sold pins for RS membership.

As for this dispute, I have not evaded lethalsh0ts' ban. It could be possible he once logged in at my house at the time or I used Sythe on my laptop at his house at the time, but that should be all as far as I can recall.
So yes, an IP match could be the case 100%, but since we're both two different people and I don't recall him ever giving access to my account, I feel like the ban I received in 2010 is unjustified. Furthermore, we have exchanged vouches at the time, our accounts were made (and were primarily active) from different IPs and we used different Skype addresses. This implies that we are different people.
And even if you believe that this is not the case, it is me who is responsible for this and not President.
