Good morning, I would like to report to Rojas
a work has been carried out which was not completed in the agreed time but Rojas was informed of the delay and he agreed to continue with the service of which the extra bonds have been paid by me, the service continued and almost Finish changed the passwords to the accounts with the excuse that I had delayed which he had previously accepted, if he had canceled the service from the beginning, seeing the time it was going to take, there would be no problem but he preferred to wait until the end the service to scam me and not pay the agreed price.
I hope for prompt responses from the admin and Rojas to clarify this issue

Until today this person does not want to answer the payment, having supplemented part of the work of the accounts, if you take into account that for personal reasons I was delayed by the loss of my father and I informed him clearly and he said that it was okay that continue the work but I wait for the accounts to be ready to change the passwords and take my work without recognizing anything

 

1) The TOS @Arkanos agreed on.

2) I gave @Arkanos plenty of time to finish these accounts. a month longer than we agreed on, and i was generous enough to continue with him after i asked him plenty of times if he will finish with the agreed timeframe.





3) He never once mentioned his dad passed away until i changed the passwords to the accounts... Little fishy no?



4) He messed up two accounts, they are not even fully quested yet on all 5 accounts.....





I was generous with the kid the whole time.....

 

as you can see he said WELL so it was good and if it was bad; Why at that time I did not remove the other accounts and you waited until they were almost ready to remove them? @Rojas

You agreed to the following ToS which imo were extremely clear-cut:
"Time frame = 1 month, we can extend this by 1 week, but anything over 1 month + 1 week will void the service on your end. This will terminate the service and you will not be paid out for the services done thus far on any of the accounts. So please, don't go over the timeframe..."

@Rojas gave you leniency of 1 month + 1 week, however not even a single account was completed by 2 months. @Rojas has been more than reasonable to your numerous excuses for the delays and even about the 2/5 accounts which were ruined(by going above the desired prayer level).

You were not forced to agree to these ToS and you could have negotiated the terms if they seemed unreasonable or if you could foresee time management issues. The ToS that you (@Arkanos) agreed to were rightfully upheld; you do not have a claim for payment or extension.
