Welcome To The New User Education!

Firstly, just lemme say, it's been fun these past few boring months, but now it's time. That's right EVERYTHING is going to be incorporated in this week. This is where all updates will be posted, and updated, I BEG YOU to be active, or you'll miss the chaos XD! So let's get to business.

Firstly, WoW_Sucks has stepped down. He was very tired, and worn out with all the work that was going on, and everything. So he has retired has Head User Educator, BUT I warn you to watch out, because he still has quite the bit of power being a retiree.

User Education is now taking a change in methods. Instead of you all being branched out, and annoying, there's now going to be places to focus your energy and time. This will allow for inactivity on your schedule as long as you do your duties.

Here is your official User Education job list:

Title: Head User Educator -=-

Definition: Oversees User Education, all final decisions are ran by the Head User Educator, and keeps everything in order with abilities.

Title: Ambassador -=-

Definition: The Ambassador for User Education will oversee all external and internal issues. He/She handles complaints, suggestions from outside of the clan, deals with staff (Ie. Trying to get us our suggested ideas), organizes User Education advertisements, and ensures that everyone sees User Education as a needed addition to Sythe.org. The Ambassador leads a team of 1 - 2 people called diplomats, which follow him simply as their authority figure. Their job is what he/she informs them needs be done.

Title: Diplomats -=-

Definition: Deals with whatever the Ambassador tells them to deal with. These people will keep User Education going, and get people to want to apply for User Education in any way they can. They will also deal with the staff, suggestions, complaints, anything else. All of their work is to be reported to the Ambassador in any of which he chooses.

Title: UE Guide Leader -=-

Definition: The User Educator Guide Leader will lead a team of people in the Guide sections. The Leader is to oversee all guides, keep tabs of everything that comes and goes, clean up tutorials, add information to old tutorials that are outdated, organize the section, and furthermore inspect every inch of any guide posted for correctness and efficiency.

Title: Guide Inspectors -=-

Definition: The Guide Inspectors will follow the UE Guide Leader, and assist him in everything involving the guides. The UE Guide Leader may appoint sections to individual Inspectors, and their duty will be to uphold that section. These people are very educated, and are constantly reading each guide and checking the information. They will also inspect any guides posted, and if the guide does not pass their standards, or is not correct in its information, then the guide will be deleted. These people will also handle any and all comments from Users over a tutorial. If someone says that it really didn't help them, then they will figure out why, and make sure to edit it so it does. They will also post comments for Users until the ability for them to do it themselves is added. If anyone has a request for a guide, these people must point them in the right direction, or ensure that a guide is created in little to no time.

Title: Head Stormer -=-

Definition: The Head Stormer deals with ALL suggestions, and ideas. The Head Stormer leads a team of people to come up with things that will constantly improve User Education. All ideas must be thoroughly thought out, and edited to its best. Then ideas and suggestions must be presented to the Ambassador, and Head User Educator for further processing. Should any -Out of User Education- Suggestions arise, they will be sent from the Diplomats to the Brain Stormers and Head Stormer.

Title: Brain Stormers -=-

Definition: Brain Stormers are simply people that come up with ideas, and work with others' ideas. They will all find ways to improve User Education, and Sythe itself. They will have ultimate control of how we run. Their ideals are what we live by, and because of that, they must be of top quality.

Title: Application CEO -=-

Definition: The Application CEO will oversee the Applications, as well as who is accepted and who isn't. This person runs a team of Application Executives which will carry out the Application process for User Education. This person will oversee votes, and create polls for voting. All User Educators will still be allowed to vote, but all final details will be ran by this person. It will be his/her job to ensure that everyone gets a fair process, and is rightfully accepted/denied. This must also make sure that if someone is denied, they will receive assistance when reapplying. The CEO will also, with the help of his team, create/edit/delete rules involving applications.

Title: Application Executives -=-

Definition: The Application Executives will follow the Application CEO, and handle the Applications for User Education. They will administer the entire process, and handle votes and such. These people will also deal with feedback from people from outside of User Education. If someone vouches on the persons application thread, the Application Executives must follow that vouch, and find why that person would say such. They will then research if they were right in their vouch, taking that into consideration before the person is accepted or denied may greatly alter who becomes User Education.

Title: Assistant Administrator -=-

Definition: This person will lead a team to oversee all Help and Request posts. This person must ensure that very few questions come unanswered, and even when they are, they must provide any form of help they can. The Assistant Administrator will compile a full "Day Report" at the end of each day and Private Message it to the Head User Educator of threads to be locked/deleted/moved.

Title: Hands -=-

Definition: The Hands are the Helping Hands in Help and Requests. These people, following the Assistant Administrator's lead, will answer any and all questions people have. They will also deal with Tech Support questions, and general Sythe questions throughout the forum. Without these people, User Education would not be very Educational. They are the teachers, to say the least, and answer any and all questions. As such, they must be extra knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way to help someone.

Title: Peon -=-

Definition: The Peon's of User Education are the newest members. They MUST remain a Peon for at least 14 days before they can advance to any other position. In those 14 days they must find a path they wish to take, show great interest in it, and pursue it. At the end of their 14 days there will be a review of their activities, and a discussion with the head of their desired path. If the person in charge feels they are worthy, then they will be placed, if they are seen as unready for such a duty, they will go another 7 days, and have another review. During their third week of being a Peon, they will be referred to as "Pawns", which means they have passed their official 14 days, but were not seen as ready as they should be.



Those are the new niches you will all be placed in. Some of you already have your paths, and I will be speaking to those who I have decided to appoint. Certain positions require certain abilities, and that's a dead obvious. Here is the list of who is in which group:

All positions will be handed out by the Head of those sections, and all Heads will be appointed by myself, and the already appointed heads.



That is the first of many updates, the rest will come as people are put into their spots. YOU WILL HAVE A SPOT, OR YOU WILL BE LEFT OUT. I warn you... Don't worry, you won't have TOO much to do, but that's why we're giving you the goods of what you'll have to do. If it gets more active, please be ready for an influx of people.



A Note From Zack to all people who wish to apply for Guide Inspector:

We are starting some new things now for now I will be the leader of this new group of 5 people which will work as a team this is how it will work, I will be checking my teams guides and approving them if they are good then we will have them posted in one of the categories if they stink then you will need to edit it again ..remember I do not want a short shitty guide I want you guys to try your best if 5 ue's do not apply I will just have to pick 5 ue's then..please we don't want to demote u guys..


You must have been a User Educator for at LEAST a month if you wish to apply he says, so do not do so unless you have been.
