elite faze#6284/Runescape World Server scammed me for $50 then said I don't know how to do business

How he scammed: I purchased a sponsor rank on his discord "Runescape World" for a lifetime of $50, Since my old Discord account got banned I didn't have access to my channel anymore.

After an interrogation of question by elite faze#6284 for me to prove to him I am not an impostor, he decided that he will not give access to my channel anymore, since "I should be paying $50 per month" (even though the original agreement clearly stated $50 for a lifetime).

What was more insulting was what he said "You are kind of stupid for handling business by the way you communicate", after I kindly pointed out that he could potentially be a retard, with all due respect.

I would like to ask elite faze#6284 to restore my rank on his beloved server Runescape World, or issue me a refund of $50 for my server sponsorship, and $5 compensation for making me waste my time.
