I'm not expert but I have a few account purchases. IMO: from a highly trusted account seller this account is worth easily over 1k USD. from someone with no rep, you couldn't pay me to take the account as the risk of recovery of such a high level account too high and don't want to lose a main with bank put onto it. adjust accordingly if you fall in-between 'no rep' and 'highly trusted'
