How they scammed: Trying to sell same account more than once

*Bumping it all the time even to it should be sold

I were about to try and buy but i've found that a guy has bought a account from hes vouches and this is only account that hes selling.

I'm 99% sure that has sold it and now tries to scam someone even tho not having currently access to the account
