@King I am currently writing my response as we speak. I did that because I received a threat irl from some of these players saying they are coming for me L0L. Said they are on a "man hunt." I will send it with my response. Finding images and what not. Give me a bit legit writing it out right now.

 

Hello staff and accusers. I have many things to clear up about this case. After viewing the screen shots and accusations this is what really happened. I will start from the beginning and highlight important information:

Chadree (member of the clan the accusers who know he is) specifically gave me this name and I changed name last week? This has nothing to do with scam or anything. Next time when you create a report, you shouldn't put unnecessary images trying to make it look big and bold.

Chad is NOT the person trading the items in this picture. Chad gave me 10m out of the 50m he got from my 300m drop party. The first link I mentioned was me asking and Chad gave some back. Now that you know that, I will explain the "item scam" these guys are trying to validate upon me.
Starry GAVE me the items in the trade screen. He specifically told me I could keep them because while I was losing bank, he won about 700-800m at the duel arena. He traded me the items and told me to camp vorkath for money.

He said this is my buddy? IDK who TF this person is. I assume he lost his bank because he along with many others are addicted to that place. So he asked for it back and I pmed him in game telling him if you GIVE something to someone (not a lend), they don't have to give back. (Chad was nice and gave my 10m back from my drop party but didn't have to.)

This is just one image of the 3 threatening me since they live close to me IRL. Now that I know people try to full fast ones on you, I will start taking in game screenshots...I've received many threats from them because they are hiding behind the clan's higher rank. I was the lowest rank so an easy target. The person who traded me the items is the highest rank and Like I said there isn't ANY evidence that indicates he "lended" me these items. He is trying to pull a fast one because he got CLEANED. Go pick flax and stop messaging me. Go put this on runewatch and lets see what the evidence rating score is. Why take this here begging for coins when you lost it all? You gave me those items and now because you're poor want it back. Shame on you and the clan chat's 12 members for trying to create a storm of BS. I cannot wait to hear what the staff thinks about this. No evidence says this fool let me "borrow" the DHCB. I do not hate many things but I HATE FAKE BS ACCUSATIONS. You will not get away with this you filthy clan. They instantly banned me from clan discord when I said this so they could make a false report saying I didn't message them back on discord when in fact I did before getting kicked.
If it was a lend you would have it back, but guess what? It was not a lend and you sure as hell know that. Think of all the splits and item lends (well over 250m) I did with you guys and to think you would have the audacity to false accuse.

This contradicts a post in your image about your story of the victim asking for it back. you lost 6b in an hour and wanted gp back. we gave you some back and you decided to take the bow instead.

He just so happened to log in last night and he mentioned you. He said you were online so we got him to PM you. IF we wasn't your friend why was he able to PM you? The evidence clearly shows you removed us and weren't responding. This is where you fabricate your story, which contradicts your post about getting cleaned.

The person who traided you was not the highest rank as those would be admins. admins were online at the time of the trade.

It's a shame that people try to bs when I was nothing but kind to you all. Don't worry about me, you should check your mental health trying to falsely accuse me when you GAVE me stuff. This has nothing to do with this sythe and you should put this on runewatch so I can see a 1 star evidence rating. You lie after all the nice things I did for the clan. pics you sent show nothing and actually reinforce what I am saying. You clearly have no evidence of him saying it was a lend nor are making any sense asking for candy. I'm just really sad you brought this here and think you can get away with BS lies. Your clan with 12 members is making accounts to view this and write bs. I did 300m drop gave well over 1B items to you guys and this is how you treat me l0l.

 

hahah you send all this unnecessary information showing absolutely nothing and just making things cringe AF. I play the game stake do my own business and make money. I don't understand why you guys think I am lying. I had become really good friends with a few of you but you trust your gen rank saying I scammed him. Your gen rank in clan GAVE me the items after winning at the duel arena. I gave you guys so much stuff and when you have nothing, you go to the extreme to say I scam.

 

These recent messages on the report are just a lot of words going back and forth with little to no relevance to the actual report at hand. In short the reddit post isn't valid as there's no proof behind the claim, however in regard to this report it concerns me that you were unresponsive to both the CC owner and the accuser when confronted about this. You also were kicked from a previous clan that you were in for allegedly trying to scam/trying to borrow items from others in the CC when it was against the clan rules (staff refer to the deleted post for that information). It's difficult to say whether this item was confirmed to be a gift or a loan, however given everything within this report I'd side more in favor of identifying it as a loan. @starman123 Unless you have undisputed evidence to refute that, then you'll be liable for returning the item back to @ownerpurez.

 

Thank you @King. @starman123 let me know how you'd like to arrange for the item to be returned. I'd prefer to do this in this thread than over discord.

 

@King In my post I mentioned that I did not evade the messages they were sending me. I told them in the discord clan chat in a section with everyone that I wasn't liable to give it back because he GAVE me the item. They then didn't allow me to send messages in the discord and started messaging me individually and I didn't care to respond like I said somewhere above. I received many pms in game threatening me so I didn't give a damn to respond. He is lying about the pic of me getting threatened. They were talking about me and said many ingame things to me.
I was banned from discord. Like I said I did 300m drop party and gave over 1B to a clan of 12 people in the past month. I don't understand why they would bs me like this. If something is given, the person doesn't need to give it back if someone asks. The ethical decision would maybe be to give it back because he helped me when I was down, but its not a MUST.
Also this has nothing to do with this platform so this doesn't make any sense to me. I did not scam this kid and he hasn't said anything after my response above. This is clearly BS to the MAX and honestly I don't get it at all. This was not on sythe or had anything affiliated to someone on it. I did not use this as a means to join the cc nor meet the clan on here.
And about the part kicked from a different clan, I asked for a bgs (if i remember clearly) and got shitted on because asking for lends wasn't aloud. How does this have any place on this site?

 

I'm just frustrated and this hurts me. I saw this when I was at work and irritated by a staking addict's pursue of trying to bamboozle people when never said give it back never said lend never said anything. Ask him how much gp he has (he will lie but he gave me when he was up 700m then went back lost his bank same night, then asked for stuff he gave back to get gp). Like I said I was a new member lowest rank while he has highest so everyone sending me shit and believing him (talking about clan).

 

@starman123 Like I said previously the most fitting solution here is to return the item and move on. Please do just that and let me know once that has been done.

I am out of town at the moment working. I will give you MY item back sometime tomorrow. I don't play 24/7 staking like you do. I only play when I am able to because it's not my life.

He and the clan know what I did for them LMFAO. Very sad but I understand I do not have viable evidence saying it was GIVEN. However at the same time he doesn't have anything that shows it wasn't...
But I fill follow the decision you have made. I will be able to tomorrow as I am out of my city working.
