buying 90-99

hello sythe.org i am wanting to buy an account around 70-99 here are the requirments:

the account can't have and recoveries.
the account can't have any bank PIN.
the account has to have 4M+ on it(for armor, weapons, etc.)
if items add up to 4m+ thats also ok.
you have to be trusted.
has to be able to weild all barrows.
has to have at least 1 money making stat.
