• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: At some point over the time that I was inactive I had an outstanding loan of 100M 07 to Gosu (admin at dragon dyce). Upon returning to dragon dyce I paid gosu back 100M 07, rebought my rank, and even paid an additional 50M 07 (partially against my will) as interest to Gosu. I can provide all evidence of this if needed.
  
  
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Basically what happened was I spoke to "TheNerd" or TTB on TeamSpeak one day some years ago. He had mentioned being on the "Bet Me" ( well known dragondyce rank's account ) and I had asked him if he had hosted in dragon dyce. When he asked me in return if I was a host in Dragon Dyce I replied saying yes. TTB Then asked if I was "CB Nick" as I was connected from Canada with the same name as this individual. I replied yes as I wanted to be respected as though I was an old friend of this famous dragon dyce rank in front of my peers. This quickly backfired on me as it jeopardized my position within the SoW54 clan which I had been ranked in at the time and a swapping clan that I was a part of as well. I think I should be forgiven as I have been wearing the stain of this conviction for years now. I was foolish and clearly a far less intelligent individual at the time of this offense, my mind today does not resort to lying for fame or fortune. I am disappointed in my actions that have resulted in this offense and I regret them deeply.
  
  Secondly I was banned for Ban Evading. This is true, I did ban evade from the account Pawt Head. I did this because when I had pardoned before it had passed the original voting and then failed at the USL. This was discouraging for me, and for many years I actually just quit trading/partaking in black market sides of runescape. Instead I found enjoyment out of playing the game and reached a very respectable level of status on my main account. Now that I am back on forums I have been nothing but legitimate and have done my best to help every customer as best I can. I have recieved nearly 200 vouches on sythe since I have returned many of which the users trading have went first.
  
  I can honestly assure the community at Sythe that I will not hold grudges based on the decisions made toward this pardon. I know that I have made some friends, and some enemies during my time here on Sythe. I will however say that should I be pardoned for the above offences and be permitted to trade on Sythe again that I will continue to hold my business at a high level of class and strive to do my best on sythe. It was nice to be able to fully immerse myself in the community and meet some cool people on here and I really hope that I can continue to do so. Regardless, I am confident that the mod and admin team here at sythe will make a decision that is best for the community in this situation. Thank you
