Explanation of the trade:
1. I Bought gfx from jayiarts (All the elements in the art were closely discussed between us throughout the making process)
2. Rsgoldmine asked jayiarts to copy our gfx for him
3. jayiarts sold basically the same thing with very minor changes to rsgoldmine with basically identical elements

It's clearly visible that images are nearly identical with very minimal changes, and he basically just sold the same work twice(after he was asked to do that by rsgoldmine)

Eh I think only Jagex could say 'identical elements' as it's a copy of their Logo and not yours (Besides the coin pouches)

 

Jagex logo doesn't look anything like it, and as far as i know you asked to "copy probemas" not "copy jagex". But that seems to be a common thing for you

 

So your telling me that the flaming 3, the red flag and the sword look nothing like the original elements of the Jagex Logos?

 

Now compare it with your logo, and see which looks more similar.

 

Also regarding copying you.


The thing you don't understand is we both asked the same artist to make look-alike RS Logo's. If it was the Probemas logo's and I told him I want something similar and this would be the end result than I would be copying your logo but sorry to say the logo's design and the elements in it are not yours.

 

Might as well put it into a childs game of "find 10 differences". Changing a few colors and trimming the edges doesn't make this an original work

 

Again they look similar since they have the original OSRS Elements in it which you and me both requested and are designed by the same artist which has a cartoonish style of work.
