Heres the thought. I was beginning to set up an ess mining macro, and I did the "rune mysteries" quest. To start, you talk to a guy on the 2nd floor in Lumbrige castle. When you start, the dude gives you an air tally. With the price fluctuation due to the GE being quite new, air tally's sell for 450 each! So, if you get one from him, drop it, and and talk to him - he'll give you a new one! repeat about 10 times, thats 4500gp. Then, just run upstairse and pop 'em in your bank! Sell at the GE when you got alot.

223 air tally's = 100,000 golden coins =)

I'd say you could do that.. in.. maybe about 5 hours. I assume this would work with 'anti-dragon' sheilds or whatever there called. you get them in the dragon slayer quest, but i'm not sure how much they sell for.

lol. i was thinkin' that too, but i can't write scripts or anything. The bad part is you probably won't be able to do it on your 'good' account, because most 'good' accounts have already done the quest =(

Oh well . I think it's better money than lobs or coal or iron or ess or what-not

Actually... you get a SHIT LOAD of exp for crafting Tiaras .... so i wouldnt doubt that many people would buy talismans --- that could actually net u quite a bit of cash

 

Sorry to say that but I don't think that anyone will buy air talisman as its already given for free
U r not talking about one talisman , But thousands so this aren't going to work

The first thing u should think about while making money is getting something that ppl will easily buy

khero if you think about how many people play runescape and the fact that not everyone keeps the talismens after beating the quest. Over 1000 of them could sell in a matter of hours especially because the new runecrafting gloves are coming out which is gonna increase their demand even more.

 

The problem is who will buy that many? You might sell around 20 talismans. It's not like selling items to the general stores. It depends on who will want to buy them.

Edit: Like blackhawk said, air talismans are not in demand.

 

ya but thing is u can leave in GE for as long as u want while keep gettin some. eventually will sell all.

hmm. I was doing the quest and I got about 7 of them. I sold them at the average price (was like 425) or something like that. They all sold instantly. But whenver I wana craft air runes I would need a new air tally =) Hopefully it's the same with other. I suggest you guys get on this soon before everybody starts doin' this. Eventually, their price will decrease after lotsa ppl do this.

Anyone know if it works with anti dragon sheilds or what they would sell for?
